Look out for 20 different presentations, with Asian delights like Nonya Wagyu Beef Rendang, Wok-fried Wagyu Beef Hor Fun with XO Sauce or modern renditions like the Wagyu Beef Meatball Pizza with Trio Pepper and Braised Wagyu Cheek Ravioli with Beef Jus and Truffle.

If Dad has a sweet tooth (or teeth!), then Edge’s dessert station is sure to satiate his sugar cravings. There are over 20 mouth-watering desserts available, from gluten-free brownies, chocolate fondue, apple crumble to crème brulee and an assortment of traditional Nonya desserts, which means he will certainly be spoilt for choice after a delectable dinner. Edge’s Father’s Day promotion runs from June 19 to 21, 6:30 to 10.30 pm at $128 per adult (inclusive of house wines and beers), $88 for children between 13 and 17 and $44 per child between the ages of six and 12.
4. ORIENTAL TASTES JUST FOR HIM
Honour Dad with authentic Cantonese flavours from Hai Tien Lo’s two prix-fixe menus, each featuring seven courses of naturally sweet and succulent seafood treasures. Earthy flavours and exquisite textures are key in the Pearl ($118 per diner) and Jade ($168 per diner) menus, with gems like Pan-fried Scallop with Minced Ginger and Truffles with Sliced Barbecued Beijing Duck, or the Rice with Shredded Chicken and Whole Abalone. Both menus are available from June 15 to 21, between noon and 2.30 pm, and from 6.30 to 10:30 pm. The popular Dim Sum Brunch Buffet will also be available on June 20 and 21, at $88 per adult and $45 for children between four and 11.
