Last week, 29 restaurants made history for Singapore’s dining scene by being awarded Michelin stars in the inaugural Michelin Guide Singapore.
In this celebration of chefs, restaurants, and cuisines, Singapore is now home to the cheapest Michelin-starred eatery and the first Michelin-starred Peranakan restaurant in the world; the Guide was also predictably packed with celebrity chefs who have won stars for their restaurants in other countries.
