Six years ago, this group of friends came together to try a Madagascar single-origin craft chocolate bar for Christmas.
They were blown away by the richness of its flavour, as the bar had only two ingredients on its list! Their quest to recreate smooth, luscious chocolate bars in a home experiment turned into its range of carefully handcrafted, ethically sourced and award-winning Fossa Chocolate.
