This month, we’re celebrating the successes of savvy expatriates and Singaporeans, as well as the setbacks they overcame, to make life better in Singapore in our Expatpreneur Awards 2017.
Happy 10th anniversary, Expat Kitchen!
Some 10 years ago, Founder Annette Lang came up with the idea to teach expats and helpers, in particular, to cook family meals and plan weekly menus after she trained her own helper to do the same.
“My friends were envious,” says the Australian national. “That was the light bulb.”
Fast forward to today, these popular cooking and baking classes cater not only to domestic helpers, but also children, avid food lovers, and generally anyone interested in learning to cook.
