The glamour, the conversations, the inspiring stories and some fantastic little surprises in between! The hype was on at The Finder’s 2021 Expatpreneur Awards!
As you may have heard, The Finder celebrated its 5th Annual Expatpreneur Awards on the 15 July to honour the 19 award winners and their inspiring businesses that have helped enable people live well in Singapore. There were smiles all around, sparkling conversations and lots of excitement through out the event. Here are some of the highlights form the event! Big props to Hard Rock Cafe Singapore for providing us with the best venue to host our event this year!

And the awards ceremony commences! Here we have Aaron Froste of Aruthr Zaaro Design giving a speech about his business after receiving his award.
Some of our winners were unable to attend the ceremony but were still honoured for their inspirational businesses and successes. Their businesses and designations were shared followed by short snippets (delivered by our emcee Mark) of their company and how they helped people live well in Singapore.
The speeches from our Award Winners were extremely inspiring! Here’s Preet Singh of Embrace Physiotherapy talking about her business. She advises the audience to let the women in their lives know that it is okay to open up about issues such as incontinence and bodily pains that are deemed taboo by society.
Payal Thakurani of Commune Kitchen descends the stage after receiving her award and giving a speech about how she was inspired to start her cooking school.

Our Expatpreneur of the year Nathalie Ribette of SingTheatre was also the winner of our People’s Favourite Award! The results were announced and here’s Natalie with her Expatpreneur of the Year Award and her People’s Favourite Award prize! Congratulations Nathalie.

We could not have food at the event but we did have these awesome takeaway boxes ready for our guests (and team!) to receive before leaving! These were filled with delish brownies complete with whipped cream and chocolate sauce, plus a can of alcohol-free beer!
