Here’s How You Can Fly Around The World And Dine At Michelin-Starred Restaurants FOR FREE!

Next stop: food paradise!

Think you’re a connoisseur of the finest foods? Or simply an avid foodie? Place your bets!

If you haven’t heard, the Michelin Guide is coming to Singapore! We’d say it’s about time – Singapore isn’t the dining capital of Asia for naught.

And they’re giving away a pair of business class flight tickets to New York and Tokyo and a dinner at a 3 Michelin-starred restaurant in either city. AND dinner at ALL the 2 and 3-starred restaurants listed in the Michelin Guide Singapore 2016 guidebook.

All you have to do is guess which restaurants you think will be awarded with Michelin stars in the guide – the person with the most accurate predictions will stand a chance to win the prize that is every foodie’s biggest dream.

What’s in a Michelin Star

Coveted by many chefs but bestowed only to an excellent few, Michelin stars are awarded to restaurants based on the quality of the ingredients used, mastery of flavour and cooking techniques, the personality of the chef in his cuisine, value for money and consistency between visits.

A one-starred restaurant is a very good restaurant in its category, a two-starred one is excellent and worth a detour, and a three-starred one is highly exceptional, worth a culinary pilgrimage in its own right.

To check out the slew of other prizes and how to enter the contest, check out the Michelin Guide website.

Submissions close on July 10, so start plotting your guesses (and trying out more noteworthy restaurants – you know, for research) now!
