Take mum on a journey of classic Beijing cuisine with magnificent views of Sentosa Island, Mount Faber and the Singapore harbour at Prima Tower. The revolving restaurant will feature two exquisite set menus all through the month of May, meticulously curated by award-winning Master Chef Chan Sung Og. Featuring eight courses for a party of ten, the Peking Duck & Seafood Set Lunch ($258++) menu includes Chef Chan’s signature Shredded Scallops with Fish & Egg White, and the Prima Tower specialty Authentic Barbecued Peking Duck, which is expertly carved up and served tableside. Alternatively, opt for the Exclusive Set Menu ($468++) which also includes the Authentic Barbecued Peking Duck, Sliced Lobster with Salad and Steamed Soon Hock in Teochew Style. Diners will also receive a complimentary bottle of wine with the Exclusive Set Menu, which is available for both lunch and dinner.

Switch up the traditional brunch options with a spot of tea at TWG. Mums are treated to a sparkling white wine cocktail infused with Pink Flamingo Tea, followed by a Homemade Toasted English Muffin topped with truffle mushroom duxelle and a poached egg or an equally delectable Hamachi Yellow Fin Tuna Tartare served with crystal caviar and artisanal pickled onions infused with Silver Moon Tea. Finish on a sweet high with TWG Tea’s Queen of Hearts Red Berry Entremets with a sweet raspberry marmalade, infused with Bain de Roses Tea and served with red fruit coulis. For a complete brunch experience, pair this enticing menu with a pot of Royal Orchid Tea or glass of Grand Jasmine Iced Tea. Add a French twist to your Mother’s Day celebrations with Chef Anne-Cécile Degenne’s beautifully crafted epicurean experience. Her four-course menu is available from the evening of May 9 to the afternoon of May 10, so you can choose between a splendid dinner (6:30 pm-10pm) and a beautiful Sunday brunch (noon-3pm). Each dish is made with the finest ingredients sourced from France and around the region, creating a true balance of delicate flavours and eye-catching aesthetics. The menu is priced at $128++ per pax without wine pairing or $168++ with wine pairing.

Didn’t have time to pick up roses? Opt for scrumptious edible roses instead as a sweet treat. PrimaDeli has whipped up two cake bouquets, daintily adorned with piped buttercream roses. The Bouquet of Roses ($32.80, 600g) is available in Classic Blackforest, while Heart of Roses, ($44.80, 1 kg), is covered in intertwining, pink-hued buttercream rosettes, available in Truffle and Yam flavours.
