A recent survey by workplace provider Regus found that 55 percent of people in Singapore say they are under more pressure now compared to five years ago. How to lessen it? Try massage, which has been shown to reduce levels of cortisol – the stress hormone – while boosting serotonin and dopamine levels – the feel-good hormones.
