For someone who runs operations for Creative Eateries – one of Singapore’s most successful family-owned food and- beverage companies – Bonnie Wong is refreshingly transparent about the highs and lows of the business.
“We experience setbacks every day. The key is to learn from our mistakes, shake it off and move forward,” says Bonnie. She even shares: “We have a practice in the restaurants for our employees to ask for feedback, good and bad.” No doubt, this sense of collaboration and resilience has helped Creative Eateries launch nearly 50 flourishing F&B concepts in SG and around the world in the last 27 years.
