These people normally design gorgeous, sprawling buildings and homes. This time, they’re designing unique homes for a different group: pet dogs.
Zaha Hadid Architects, FT Architects, and SPARK Architects have all partnered up to design one-of-a-kind homes for pet dogs, all for charity. The kennels are each different with their own interesting concept.
Together with artists and design studios, a total of 65 one-of-a-kind dog kennels were created for BowWowHaus London, a charity collaboration between pet charity Blue Cross, American not-for-profit organisation Outdoor Arts Foundation and photographer Drew Gardner.
As expected, these kennels are more than wired cages with a roof over the top: think cloud-like structures, futuristic creations, and intricate mosaic pieces. The kennels are now exhibited in London but are also up for auction online.
