One of the world’s leading international schools, UWCSEA offers a dynamic global education to students from more than 70 nationalities.
The K-12 school has two campuses. UWCSEA’s Infant School on the East Campus and the Infant facilities on Dover Campus cater to children in Kindergarten 1 (aged 4), who are currently engaged in Reggio-inspired “metaprojects” that put students at the heart of the curriculum.
Teachers gather the children’s initial thoughts through mind maps, and devise play-based activities that invite the students to talk, think and create. The class then works together towards grade-level benchmarks, which build into the UWCSEA curriculum.
How to enroll
UWCSEA runs an annual application cycle, which means you can only apply one year in advance (from the September prior to enrolment in August).
If you are unsuccessful in securing a place in that particular academic year’s admissions cycle, you can elect to reapply for the next, but your application is not held over beyond the academic year for which you applied.
The earlier you make an application ($410), the more places for which you’ll be considered.
Admission offers are made in November, February and April. Applicants in Grade 6 and above, need to complete a student statement to be submitted with the online application form.
