3. Live! Game Night with Play Nation Ep. 38
Streaming live on 16 July 2021 is Play Nation’s made-in-SG Special Episode! They will be introducing Dream Catchers, a locally-created card game proudly made by none other than Play Nation. Players take on the role of dream fairies, and their mission is to help sleeping children sleep tight by catching sweet dreams and removing nightmares. 4. Learn Basic Sports Massage
During this one-day Basic Sports Massage Course, you will learn and understand sports massage, what it is about, how it is useful to you. You can also learn about other forms of therapeutic methods and the different muscles that correlate to pain, chronic recurring aches and injury with an understanding of basic functional anatomy of the body. For practical application, you’ll be guided through hands-on practical sessions, case studies and post session education. You will also understand how to manage and identify the types of injuries and the techniques involved in application of sports massage therapy, and learn and understand the possible types of contraindications in relation to sports massage.

5. ABCs of Microgreens for Kids & Beginners
To mark Climate Action Week 2021, #OurGreenMOCA is holding a series of activities to create more awareness and green our environment including a microgreens workshop for children and beginners! Join their virtual workshop on the “ABCs of Microgreens” on Saturday, 17 July from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. where you and your child can learn how to start growing an edible garden at home. The hands-on, 1-hour workshop will be led by urban gardener, Ashleigh from @yougreenme.
There’ll be games, quizzes and prizes to be won, including shopping vouchers and 6 mini herb gardens (each valued at $20)! The first 50 people to register can also choose to pick up a home starter kit including microgreen seeds and soil. You can also gather these items from home before the workshop if you already have them.
