1. Cocktail Trail with Chimichanga Holland Village


Want to know more about the process of cocktail making – from market to table? Learn how to make 3 different Mexican cocktails at Chimichanga in Holland Village. You’ll also be able to find your own fresh ingredients at a hands-on experience in nearby supermarkets. Plus, you can get three tacos of your choice and Nachos with salsa at the end of class. 2. ‘Labour Yay’,  A Weekend of Improvised Theatre Shows!


Love a good improv show? This time it’s your turn to dictate what the improv performers do. If you’re not familiar with improv, this theatre type requires no script and so no two shows are the same. Watch the performers improvise skits in a split second to get out some laughs, and maybe even tears. Sit back and relax at the National Gallery this Labour weekend.

3. Spanish Cravings


Get you’re cooking on in this Spanish themed cooking class with Chef Michele Ow. You get to prepare Spanish Garlic Prawns, Seafood Paella with Chorizo, and of course Churros. With such a hands-on experience with a professional chef, you’ll get to learn top tier tips, techniques and troubleshooting. Plus, you get a free ToTT apron! 4. La Mere et la Fleur


Starting from 1 May to 30 May, visit The Summerhouse this weekend for an early Mother’s Day brunch special. You can get an afternoon high tea set for $45+ and enjoy the scenic countryside views of this lovely restaurant.

5. Chef In Training (Pastry): Foundations


Join this step by step workshop and learn the art of pastry. If you’re a beginner, no worries! This foundation level is perfect for people with little to no experience. Be exposed to a variety of techniques that will introduce you to the skillset for classical and contemporary pastry. You can take individual courses or the entire 8-week program. In the 8-weeks you’ll get to learn how to make cookies, bread, frozen desserts, custards and more!

6. Art Jam with Golden Village


Spend Labour day weekend in a therapeutic way by unleashing your inner Picasso at the Grab & Gold Cafe in Golden Village Suntec City. All the painting tools will be provided for an undisturbed, chill 3-hour painting sesh. What better way to spend your Labour day weekend? Bonus: you can get a complimentary drink to get the creative juices flowing.

7. The Round Ubin


Seeking a more active way to spend your Labour day weekend? Head over to Pulau Ubin for a morning fitness paddle. If you’re up for the challenge, take on this 22 km (half marathon!) kayak around Pulau Ubin, Singapore’s second-largest island. Be warned that this is meant for experienced paddlers or fit non-paddlers!

8. Night Walk Till Dawn
