Food aficionados and connoisseurs rejoice: Michelin-star chefs from around the world are coming to Singapore and they’ll be cooking up a storm for you.
Art At Curate is a collaboration among the integrated resort, Michelin Guide Singapore and wine authority Robert Parker Wine Advocate, where visiting Michelin-star chefs from around the world will showcase their finest culinary creations at CURATE.Â
Aptly named, we say – food is an art, through and through.Â
The first installation of Art at Curate happens this May and will see Northern Italian three-star Michelin Star chef, Massimiliano Alajmo, lovingly prepare an exclusive tasting menu.Â
Helming his family restaurant, Le Calandre, to earn 3 Michelin Stars at the young age at 28 (making him the youngest to ever reach this milestone!), suffice to say Alajmo works wonders in the kitchen.Â
Robert Parker Wine Advocate’s team of wine experts will be personally hand-picking the wine pairings for the meals.Â
Other editions this year will be held in July, September and November, with an amazing line-up of other guest Michelin Star chefs. We can’t wait!Â
