Born in Singapore, Andrew’s a globalocal – he’s also lived in Brisbane, Australia, for three years, before spending the next three living out of a suitcase and travelling the globe.
With an unshakeable love for whisky, Andrew runs The Belljar, a whisky restaurant, bar and event space at Boat Quay that focuses on food pairings, education and enrichment.
Andrew joins a guided whisky or wine dinner every now and then. (Find events in Singapore here.) “You understand how much effort goes into each dish and drink!” he says.
But he claims a half-hour foot massage and nap is all he needs to “recharge instantly.”
